These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules for using the website tachitrade.com (the “Site”), run by TachiTrade (“we”, “us”, “our”) from Vietnam. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must follow the laws that apply to you.
2. Educational use only, not advice
The Site offers calculators, guides and tools for education. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation to trade. Trading forex, gold and CFDs is risky and you can lose money. Please read our Risk Disclaimer carefully. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Calculators and content
Calculator results are estimates and may differ from your broker’s figures. We try to keep the Site accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, up to date or free of errors, and we may change or remove content and tools at any time. Always check the numbers with your broker before you trade.
4. What you may and may not do
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
- break the law or use the Site to harm others;
- attack, overload, scan or try to break into the Site, or bypass its security;
- scrape the Site or use bots or automated tools to copy it at scale;
- copy, resell, republish or embed our calculators, guides or code as your own or as a paid product without our written permission;
- remove copyright, brand or disclosure notices; or
- send us spam, malware or unlawful content.
You may link to our pages, and quote short parts of our content with a clear link back to the original page.
5. Our content and your feedback
The Site and everything on it, including text, calculators, code, designs, logos and the TachiTrade name, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership of them.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely, without payment or credit to you.
Our indicators and other products sold on MQL5 Market are covered by the terms and license of MQL5 Market and of the product page, not by these Terms.
6. Links, partners and affiliates
The Site links to other websites and to partners such as prop trading firms, brokers and service providers. Some links are affiliate or referral links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not control these third parties. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them, under their terms, and we are not responsible for their products, services or content.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure or error-free, or that it will give you any particular result.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TachiTrade and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any trading loss, lost profit or lost data, that comes from using the Site or relying on its content. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Your responsibility
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Site, to the extent the law allows.
11. Changes and ending access
We may change these Terms, the Site or any tool at any time. When we change the Terms, we will update the date at the top. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the new Terms. We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to use your local courts.
